Psychological Australian landscapes exploring memory, thresholds and transformation.
Where architecture asked how people inhabit space, my paintings now asks how space inhabits us
CURRENT PROJECT
The Silent Revolt
The Silent Revolt is an evolving series of symbolic Australian landscapes that explores memory, transformation and the landscapes we carry within us. Each painting creates an imagined place where inner experience and the natural world meet, inviting viewers to look slowly, reflect, and discover what lies beyond the visible.
THE PRACTICE
Architecture as Psychological Landscape
My background in architecture taught me that space is never neutral. Every threshold, passage and horizon shapes the way we move through the world, and the way the world settles within us. Today, those ideas become symbolic landscapes where memory gathers in the terrain, architecture dissolves into atmosphere, and the visible world opens onto something quieter, stranger and more deeply felt.
